Sawyer Fisher was established in 1959 and continues to provide professional services on all aspects of building work, both in the private and public sector under the direction of the Directors.
Our role is to work with other members of the design team, to provide sound advice on contract procurement and construction costs and maintain financial control from project inception to building completion. This includes developing feasibility studies and preparing applications for funding or grant aid.
Due to our successful financial management of projects, we have developed a close working relationship with a number of clients resulting in repeat business. As a result of having worked as an Estimator, Project Manager, Commercial Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Managing Surveyor on various projects throughout the UK, Future Dimensions was set up with the key focus on providing client satisfaction through focused and professional dedication to each project and by offering enhanced value for money while achieving the required standards and quality that one would expect.
As quantity surveyors we are able to manage all costs relating to your building project, from the initial calculations to the final figures; while minimising the costs of the project. We can assist either the client or the contractor and are usually involved in a project from the outset, preparing estimates and costs of the work. While the project is in progress we keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.We are also able to assist with Procurement, Tendering and Account Resolution & Debt Recovery
