A project undertaken without the services of a building professional is a project doomed.Over 25 years ago the founder of Future Dimensions, Warren Crossley, embarked on a career in the construction industry starting out as a trainee estimator in the family run business.

As a result of having worked as an Estimator, Project Manager, Commercial Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Managing Surveyor on various projects throughout the UK, Future Dimensions was set up with the key focus on providing client satisfaction through focused and professional dedication to each project and by offering enhanced value for money while achieving the required standards and quality that one would expect.

As quantity surveyors we are able to manage all costs relating to your building project, from the initial calculations to the final figures; while minimising the costs of the project. We can assist either the client or the contractor and are usually involved in a project from the outset, preparing estimates and costs of the work. While the project is in progress we keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.We are also able to assist with Procurement, Tendering and Account Resolution & Debt Recovery
