Established in 2007, Histoglass has exclusive UK distribution rights to a range of outstanding glazing products which are precision-engineered in Germany by a 60-year-old family firm. We’re proud to have a high-profile national and international client base, extending from private residences to nationally significant Grade-I and Grade-II listed buildings.

Our connections - We’re well-known among architects’ practices and large construction firms. We also deal direct with some major property owners including iconic country estates, royal palaces, famous colleges, and the National Trust and English Heritage.

Beware of imitations - Imitation is said to be the sincerest form of flattery – and we’re very flattered that a number of companies, such as Slimlite, Timbalite and Thin Sealed Units, feel they can offer units similar to ours. However, Histoglass has always been at the forefront of innovation: we offer the thinnest double glazing units on the market; our thin doubled glazing meets all six parts of BSEN-1279; and we’ve introduced MONO Sysyems, pushing the envelope of insulation in historic buildings.
