Temple Newsam (historically Temple Newsham), is a Tudor-Jacobean house in West Yorkshire with grounds landscaped by Capability Brown. The house is one of nine Leeds Museums and Galleries sites. The business moved to its present location in the centre of the former wool-cloth weaving mill town of Stroud in Gloucestershire within the valleys of the Cotswolds. The present studio now sits aside the Thames & Severn Canal... although not quite as illustrated here! Working today with outreaches in the London OCC - Oriental Carpet Centre (N4 1TJ) and Istanbul, where the business is also based.
