Stephen Bellion started his career as a church restorer in 1979. He was an apprentice to Peter Larkwothy, the great grandson of Alfred Bell of Clayton and Bell.
In 1991, Stephen became a partner in Howell and Bellion until 2015, when he formed Stephen Bellion Church Art Restoration. Over the last 40 years Stephen and his team have worked in churches and historic buildings all over the country, cleaning and restoring original decorative schemes and executing new ones.
Stephen Bellion Church Art specialises in the conservation and restoration of decorative interiors and statues, monuments, organ pipes and cases.
